    1. Hi Tom,

      Due to back-end technical stuff with CanLII regarding when decisions are posted online and available for people to read, we aren’t able to catch every local decision. That decision hasn’t been featured on the blog, as it was likely posted to CanLII after we had already done a case round-up for that week. That said, we can always include it in the next edition, so thanks for letting us know!
